How to join Recare

1.

Application

Write and motivate us. Submit your cover letter and CV ideally via our career page.

2.

First interview

Get to know each other. We will have a video call to get to know each other, explain our vision, mission and business and clarify the most important questions.
3.

Second interview

Get to know your manager. In a video call you will get to know your potential manager and dig deeper into the department topics as well as the potential new role.
4.

Final round

Get to know your team. The cultural fit is as important for us as the professional fit. That’s why you will additionally get to know 1-2 team members or peers in your final round. For some positions, the presentation of a task you receive in advance is the basis for the interview.
5.
